| Best friends is the best thing that can happen to two individuals who have a similar or same goals in their lives.
In the ministry context, it's not really a big deal if bestfriends together join the ministry , the problem (as some may see it) is finding a bestfriend when we are already in the fellowship (much more in a training apartment). This is where things become complicated, or maybe we just make things complicated.
A situation would be person A would like to be with person B, but person B likes to hang out with C, and C might be an extrovert who goes along with anybody or maybe an introvert, and so on and so forth...
When a "bestfriend" label is established I don't really know if it's for real unless the people involved boldlessly say that they are.
The truth is in a discipleship ministry like LA as much as possible we should be available to every brethren to edify them through our gifts. That made me decide confiding with my leaders and different elders is enough. | |
